Rotate PDF

A scan came out sideways, or one landscape page ruins the whole contract. Rotate everything or just pages you list — on your device, never uploaded.

The scanner's favorite mistake, undone

Feed a stack of paper into a scanner and at least one page comes out rotated — and most PDF viewers will happily rotate the view but refuse to save it. This tool actually rewrites the page rotation into the file, so the PDF opens the right way up everywhere: in email previews, on phones, in print shops.

Leave the pages field empty to rotate the whole document, or list exactly which pages need fixing — "2,5-7" rotates page 2 and pages 5 through 7 while leaving the rest untouched. Since rotation only touches page metadata, the file quality and size stay exactly as they were.

Frequently asked questions

Does rotating reduce quality?
No. Rotation changes a page property, not the page content — text stays selectable, images stay untouched and the file size barely changes.
Can I rotate just one page?
Yes — type its number into the pages field (e.g. "3"). Ranges and lists work too: "1,4-6" means page 1 plus pages 4 to 6.
Will it open correctly in other viewers?
Yes — the rotation is saved into the PDF itself the standard way, so Adobe Reader, browsers, phones and printers all respect it.
