From pixels to real shapes
A PNG is a grid of pixels: scale it up and it turns to mush. An SVG is a set of shapes: scale it to a billboard and the edges stay razor sharp. This tool walks your image, finds the color regions and redraws them as vector paths โ automatically. Change the settings and it re-traces instantly, so you can dial in the result live.
Where it shines: logos saved only as screenshots, icons, lettering, stickers, scanned sketches, flat illustrations โ anything with clear shapes and limited colors. That's exactly the stuff people need as vectors for printing, cutting machines and laser engravers.
Honest expectations
Automatic tracing rebuilds shapes, not photographs. A photo will come out as a stylized poster-like artwork โ sometimes beautiful, never photo-realistic. For logos start with 4โ8 colors; for black-and-white line art choose 2 colors and higher detail. And as always: the tracing runs entirely in your browser, so the logo of your unannounced startup stays your secret.
