Render, check, save โ€” no Word required

The classic trap: someone sends a .docx, you need a PDF, and every "free online converter" wants your document โ€” CVs, contracts, medical letters โ€” on their server first. Here the document is rendered into pages directly in your browser: fonts, tables, images, headers, page breaks.

Then you save it through your browser's print dialog โ€” pick "Save as PDF" as the destination and you get a proper vector PDF with selectable text. That extra click is the honest trade-off for the document never leaving your machine, and it doubles as a viewer: you see exactly what the PDF will look like before you commit.

What converts well

Why does it open a print dialog instead of downloading a file?
The browser's own PDF printer produces the highest-quality output โ€” real vector text, correct page sizes. Choose "Save as PDF" as the destination; nothing is sent to a printer or a server.
Will my fonts be preserved?
Fonts embedded in the document or installed on your system render as-is. A missing exotic font falls back to the closest available one, exactly as Word itself would do on another machine.
Does it handle DOC (old Word format)?
Not yet โ€” only DOCX (Word 2007 and later). If you have a legacy .doc, re-save it as .docx in any Office app first.
